We do not ship international. TAX We don't have tax nexus in the United States and Rest of World. Verification A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified (With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order.) You can take a look at our Track Order page to see what your shipping status is. If it is over your estimated arrival date, please contact us, and we can take care of this for you.
Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 60 minutes to contact our customer service (email to support@daviheta.com) and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 60 minutes, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Returns/Exchanges:
At Deviheta.com, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality printing or incorrect product. We guarantee a 100% satisfaction to all of our customers by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
All we need is your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at support@daviheta.com and one of our helpful support staff will organize a replacement for you and you don't need returns Damaged/Incorrect Products.
** Note: Since your product is custom printed just for you, we do not need returns and we aren’t responsible for refunds or exchanges due to incorrect fit issues. Buyers assume all risks when choosing the style and fit of their purchase. To better help you in choosing the right size, we have made available a size chart in each product page. Just see or click on the Size Chart link to find your best fit!
Order not received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days after having ordered, contact one of our heroes through our Contact Us page for a free replacement order or a full refund of your purchase. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)
Refunds
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.
Missing or Late refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
